As a Plumbing Foreman, you will lead and supervise on-site commercial construction plumbing operations, ensuring installations are completed according to code, project specifications, and timelines. You will work closely with project managers, general contractors, and other trades to coordinate work, resolve issues, and maintain productivity. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can lead by example, manage a crew effectively, and ensure high standards of workmanship across all phases of the project. Primary Responsibilities
Be highly motivated, flexible, with a great attitude. Conduct safety inspections and implement corrective actions as needed. Serve as the liaison between field staff and office personnel. Maintain strong verbal and written communications. Handle stress and work effectively under pressure. Be well organized, able to prioritize, with exceptional follow-through abilities. Be accurate and timely with service reports and timekeeping. Lead and supervise a team of plumbers on various commercial projects, ensuring all work complies with commercial plumbing codes. Perform other duties as assigned to support overall project and company success. Commitment to excellence, safety, and customer satisfaction. Qualifications
Seasoned General Foreman with at least five years of experience managing a scope and running multimillion-dollar projects for a plumbing contractor. Must hold an OSHA 30-hour safety certificate. Be accurate and timely with reports and time. Be highly motivated, flexible, with a great attitude. Ability to handle stress and work effectively under pressure. Well organized, able to prioritize, with exceptional follow-through abilities. Proficiencies
Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Travel Requirements
This position requires occasional regional travel to project sites within Florida. A company vehicle and gas card are provided for business-related travel.
