Responsibilities
Work with the Front Office to ensure the accurate and timely processing of all credit and rates trading activity. Monitor and resolve customer unaffirmed trades, street-side breaks, and failed trades to ensure smooth trade settlement. Responsible for regulatory trade reporting for all Fixed Income trades, including TRACE reporting. Investigate and resolve position breaks and allocation discrepancies promptly. Interact with onboarding and trading teams to set up and manage customer setups across various platforms. Provide support for all aspects of Customer Clearing activities, including settlements, funding, and setup. Conduct daily reviews of controls across credit and rates vendor systems to maintain data accuracy. Process and track credit corporate bonds conversion requests. Identify and resolve all applicable Fixed Income Segregation Movements. Ensure strict compliance with the companys regulatory requirements under the SEC, FINRA & CFTC as well as other applicable exchanges. Qualifications
At least 5+ years working with interest rate products and corporate bonds. Experience with middle or back office fixed income operations at a Broker-Dealer. Compensation
