Partner Retail Manager Piaget | New York, NY Reports to: Commercial AVP Role Overview Reporting to the Commercial AVP, the Partner Retail Manager supports Piaget's authorized dealers in North America (except department stores). This role assists in driving sales growth, ensuring proper product assortment in each POS, and develop strong relationships with retail partners and store personnel. Close collaboration with the sales administration, marketing, retail, and customer service teams to manage the daily business and ensure that the brand’s image is appropriately represented. Responsibilities Support the day-to-day sales activity for all authorized retailers. (Except Dpt. Store). Track sales performance and provide update of each point of sale Track competitive landscape within the region, distribution changes and provide constant feedback to the sales team Assist in developing and implementing action plans to achieve commercial KPIs. Monitor the Brand Experience in all market touchpoints Give insights to analyze market and customer developments as well as the development of cooperative action plans (CRM) Ensure brand image compliance with Maison guidelines. Build relationships with retail partners and store staff. Help developing proposals to strengthen the distribution network Support retailer events within territory in collaboration with marketing. Qualifications At least 5 years of professional experience in luxury sales/retail preferred, luxury watches experience is a plus Responsible, confident negotiator with strong interpersonal skills Strong customer orientation with a healthy dose of ambition Sales talent with modern omnichannel retail understanding Independent, proactive approach with strong analytical skills Flexible, able to independently with strong follow-through as well as part of the team and willing to travel up to 75% Richemont offers a generous compensation and benefits package for eligible employees.
