Business Development Manager

to identify, research, and engage potential customers. This is a front-end role focused on pipeline generation — your main goal will be to uncover new opportunities, connect with relevant decision-makers, and bring qualified leads to product demos. Your strength lies in outreach, positioning, and opening doors for sales success. Key Responsibilities: Proactively research and identify potential clients across target markets Understand client needs and align our offerings with those Initiate outreach campaigns (email, LinkedIn, calls) to engage qualified prospects Schedule and coordinate product demos Maintain and update CRM with lead data, touchpoints, and progress Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies Report execution and key metrics indicating progress towards set targets Monitor industry trends to identify new opportunities and verticals What We’re Looking For: 3+ years of experience in B2B business development, lead generation, and pre-sales Being familiar with event tech, SaaS, or professional services is a plus Strong communication skills and confidence in engaging with decision-makers Excellent research, organization, and outreach capabilities Experience of using AI tooling for research and automated outreach (examples: Clay, Salesloft, Reply.io, etc) Experience using CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) Self-motivated and target-driven with a hands-on approach to prospecting and pipeline development Fluent in English (Upper-Intermediate or higher) What We Offer: A strategic role in a well-established, globally recognized company Competitive compensation with performance-based bonuses Flexible working environment A collaborative, supportive team culture Opportunities for career growth across our holding portfolio of companies
