This role supports the administration and continuous improvement of Nufarm Americas’ document control systems, ensuring compliance with current standards such as ISO 14001 and readiness for future certifications including ISO 9001. The Document Control Coordinator will manage the lifecycle of controlled documents and records, support data entry and filing, and provide training and assistance to system users across multiple platforms including SharePoint.
How you will help us grow.
Document Lifecycle Management – Maintain control of documents and records, including creation, revision, approval, distribution, and archiving in alignment with ISO 14001 and other applicable standards.
Training and Support – Provide training and guidance to users on document control procedures and system usage.
ISO Compliance –Ensure documentation practices align with ISO 14001 requirements and support audit readiness, while preparing for potential ISO 9001 certification.
Continuous Improvement – Identify and support improvements to document control processes and tools.
Could this be you?
Associate’s degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Quality, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in document control, data entry, or administrative support in a regulated or manufacturing environment.
Familiarity with ISO standards such as ISO 14001 or ISO 9001.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and document management platforms such as SharePoint.
Experience in a manufacturing or chemical processing environment.
Exposure to training systems and recordkeeping.
Experience with ERP/MRP systems and quality management software.
ISO 9001 or ISO 14001 internal auditor training or certification.

Salary Range $53,000-$74,000 which varies based on experience and geographic regions.
