Mechanical assembly of extrusion frames. Minimal electro-mechanical assembly using proper grounding techniques. Following work instructions, perform repetitive assembly operations. Produce quality work to specified time standards. Execute in-process checks using visual inspection and check lists. Possess an aptitude for cross-functional training to reduce takt time. Utilize a variety of hand tools such as screwdrivers, hex keys, drills, saws, tape measures, and fixtures. Coordinate with teammates to manually integrate large subassemblies into a final assembly. Willingness to work overtime as needed. Education and Experience
High School Education or GED. Some manufacturing experience desired. Basic print reading, wire dressing, and termination experience. Proficient in reading and measuring with a tape measure. Operate hand pallet jacks to move materials within the plant. Able to lift, squat, bend, reach, and stand as required. Physical Demands
Frequent lifting of materials and products up to 30 pounds. Frequent use of hand tools. Long periods of standing. Working Conditions
Normal manufacturing environment. Safety equipment includes eye safety glasses and safety shoes. Loose fitting clothes and jewelry are not permitted. Additional Details
