General Overview Impressive Smiles is a state‑of‑the‑art dental practice utilizing advanced technology to deliver outstanding care. Our team is dedicated to providing each patient with customized attention, enhancing their comfort and satisfaction throughout their dental experience.

We are seeking a Dental Front Office Coordinator to collaborate with our team to improve our patient’s dental health and smiles. As a Front Office Coordinator, you will deliver best‑in‑class patient care and focus on putting every patient first, every visit.

Schedule

Monday: 8:30 am – 3 pm

Tuesday: 7:30 am – 5 pm

Wednesday: 9:30 am – 7 pm

Thursday: 8:30 am – 3 pm

Friday: 7:30 am – 2 pm

Saturdays: Off

Sundays: Off

Responsibilities

Meet and greet patients with enthusiasm and kindness – our number one priority

Ability to learn dental verbiage, coding, and procedures

Insurance benefits verification

Manage patient documents and records

Process and complete claim forms

Engage and foster strong patient relationships through a positive experience

Discuss treatment and financial arrangements with patients

Schedule appointments and help develop productive schedules

Demonstrate proper phone etiquette

Participate and contribute to a positive work environment

Qualifications

At least 1 year of experience working in a Dental Front Office or Treatment Coordinator role

Experience with Dentrix Ascend and MacPractice is a plus!

Strong knowledge of Dental operations

Strong technical expertise in dental insurance benefits

Must possess a strong desire to meet performance standards
