About the Role

As Manager, Creative Operations, you’ll work closely with Kaleidoscope’s co-founder and Head of Editorial, Mangesh Hattikudur, to build, refine, and elevate the editorial vision across our growing slate of shows, video formats, and creative initiatives. You’ll serve as both creative consigliere and operational right hand — ensuring that the editorial strategy is seamlessly executed across production, partnerships, talent, and brand storytelling. You’ll help bridge editorial with marketing, sales, and business development, shaping how Kaleidoscope’s creative and commercial narratives align. Responsibilities
