Job Summary
Cordoba Corporation is seeking a Project Support II to join our Gas sector. This role focuses on document control and project support across multiple engineering initiatives within the gas utility sector, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements by developing and maintaining document control procedures and overseeing project closeout deliverables. The coordinator acts as a liaison between engineering, procurement, and construction teams to drive process improvements in data management and reporting accuracy. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, organized, and experienced in mentoring junior staff while supporting efficient project execution. Responsibilities
Oversee document control processes, ensuring timely review, approval, and distribution of engineering documents Assist in tracking and managing technical and procurement-related documentation throughout the project lifecycle Conduct intermediate data analysis and reporting, identifying trends and discrepancies in project data Participate in project meetings to provide document control and data tracking updates Assist with project closeout activities, including the preparation of final document turnover packages Visit field sites occasionally based on project needs Qualifications
4 to 7 years of experience in document control, project support, or procurement-related roles in an engineering or construction environment Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred OR an equivalent combination of education and experience Strong working knowledge of engineering document control systems and procurement workflows Proficiency using the Microsoft Office Suite Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, data validation, and reporting tools) and document management software Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Pay, Location, and Eligibility
Pay Range: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour Work Location: Hybrid 3-4 days per week in the Los Angeles, CA office Visa Sponsorship: Legal authorization to work in the U.S.A. on a full-time basis without sponsorship Physical Requirements: Ability to pass a pre-employment physical including a drug-screening and background check Company Information and Equal Opportunity Employment
