Selling Residential HVAC Technician
to join our growing team. This role combines technical expertise with sales ability, helping homeowners make informed decisions about their HVAC systems. Responsibilities
Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems. Recommend and sell system upgrades, replacements, and maintenance plans. Provide clear, honest communication with homeowners about system performance and options. Collaborate with dispatch and sales teams to ensure efficient scheduling and follow-up. Maintain accurate service and sales documentation. Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of residential HVAC experience. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Proven ability to upsell or close service-related sales. EPA Certification required; NATE Certification preferred. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Benefits
