Preferred Qualifications Role Purpose Provides resources for curriculum development and staff training and education to ensure a high quality program for all children and families enrolled in the infant/toddler to preschool programs.
Responsibilities
Observes classroom functions and activities, serving as an advisor to staff and providing resources to help staff implement goals and objectives according to center's philosophy.
Consults with and serves as a resource for families and staff regarding children's development and progress.
Contributes toward continual quality, financial, and operational improvement of the program. Obtains clock hour training per accreditation / licensing requirements.
