GENERAL DESCRIPTION Provides quality assurance inspections for electrical manufacturing DUTIES

Under limited supervision, performs a variety of routine to complex inspections for incoming, in-process and final assemblies to ensure compliance to documentation, process standards, and/or customer requirements Records nature of failure data Performs floor audits of work centers Participates in interaction with internal customers on basic issues May participate in interdepartmental and/or cross-functional teams Other Duties as Assigned EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

High school diploma or equivalent Requires at least 3 years' experience in the area of Electronic Mfg. Production. Ability to inspect printed circuit boards to J-STD-001 and Cable/Wiring Harnesses all classes or as required by Customer requirements Component recognition for through-hole and basic SMT assemblies Able to read assembly drawings and understand BOM's Ability to read write and communicate in English Knowledge of ESD safety requirements Knowledge of NAVAIR 01-1A-505-1 preferred but not required Experience as Electrical Quality Inspector required within the past 6 months PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Must be able to distinguish color and judge three-dimensional depth.
