Responsibilities
Represent adidas as a brand ambassador, creating an emotional connection with customers and delivering a positive shopping experience.
Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and deliver exceptional customer service.
Provide flexible availability, including evenings and weekends, as required by business needs.
Qualifications
Part-time hours; availability must be flexible and will vary based on business needs.
Must have or be pursuing a high school diploma or general education degree (GED).
Three to six months of experience in a retail environment is preferred.
Basic numeracy, literacy, and verbal communication skills are required.
Must be 16 years of age or older.
Physical requirements: ability to talk or hear, stand and walk for extended periods, use hands, reach with arms; occasional sitting, climbing or balancing, and kneeling or crouching; may operate a Brannock device. May lift up to 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
Specific vision abilities required: close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and ability to adjust focus.

Part-time employees working 20–29 hours per week may be eligible for a robust medical plan, including an HSA, prescription drug coverage, and fertility support. Employees are eligible to earn monthly and quarterly incentives.
Employees accrue prorated flexible time off (1 hour per 30 hours worked). Part-time employees receive premium pay on seven designated retail holidays.
The anticipated base pay range is
$16.25 – $21.13
per hour. Actual salary is based on factors such as experience, qualifications, skills, and competencies.
