Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Additional premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Stocking associates are focused on unloading trucks and stocking new freight. They spend the majority of their time in the backroom.
