You’ll support multiple production lines, troubleshoot, improve processes, and ensure equipment runs smoothly. This is a key role in bringing a new operation to life, applying your expertise in lean manufacturing, PLCs, fabrication, and CMMS tools (Limble and SAP). Responsibilities
Subject Matter Expert: Use a broad set of industrial maintenance skills and food manufacturing experience to be the central knowledge resource for pneumatic conveying, hot filling, high-pressure seals, heat exchangers, and more. Analyze root causes, balance priorities, and help grow the capabilities of the Maintenance team. Production Line Support: Diagnose issues quickly using root-cause analysis, manage work orders for Sauce Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, and special projects, and maintain stock of maintenance supplies. Prioritize and complete tasks to keep equipment running smoothly. Autonomous Maintenance: Support the development of an autonomous maintenance culture by guiding light maintenance, troubleshooting regulatory instruments (temperature sensors, flow meters), performing basic PMs, inspections, and training others. Understand equipment operations and know when to seek help. Continuous Improvement: Lead or participate in projects to improve manufacturing operations, update preventive maintenance plans, and apply continuous improvement principles (AM, 5S, Lean, RCAs). Safety and Quality: Champion safety and HACCP considerations in projects and equipment improvements, ensuring safety is integrated into daily work. Team Spirit: Contribute a positive attitude and energy to the work environment. Qualifications
3 years of industrial plant maintenance planning experience; preference for good manufacturing practices. 2+ years of experience in a food manufacturing environment (dairy ingredients and allergens experience preferred). Monday – Friday, 1st shift (5:00 AM – 1:30 PM), overtime as needed. Lift up to 50 lbs; stand, walk, bend, and twist for up to 8 hours. Compensation and Schedule
Pay Range: $41.15 - $45.70 per hour. Seniority level
