YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinating tasks and allocating resources to the R&D – Mechanical Development department
Monitoring the timing of activity execution
Keeping track of resource allocation and idle capacity
Aligning with the team leader on task assignment
Checking the consistency of the budget
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
Bachelor's degree in mechanics, electronics or management engineering
Previous work experience in a similar position in the program/project management field
Experience with SCRUM or other Agile methods
Strong people management skills, with strong communication and presentation skills
Strong task and leadership skills, strong capability in planning and task identification
Very good knowledge of English. Italian and/or German
