Responsibilities
Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed. Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification. Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options. Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.

Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening Enthusiastic about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams People-oriented Organizational skills Detail oriented Proactive in problem solving Dedicated to customer service Ability to work in a team environment Ability to multi-task Ability to effectively relate to a customer Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain) Life and Health license (must be able to obtain)

This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies. Compensation: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year

I have been a State Farm agent since 2009. Before becoming a State Farm Agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm Agent Team Member. I am a proud graduate of University of Missouri - Columbia.
