We are seeking a Program Manager based in the Detroit, MI Metropolitan Area. Duties and Responsibilities

Perform program evaluation, review, and analysis in areas of program management, planning, programming, cost, and schedule to ensure program goals are met. Conduct financial analyses using systems such as PBAS, SOMARDS, DSAMS, MOCAS, FEDLOG, DIFS, CCOPES, CISIL, LMP, OOO, ATAAPS, TED, and GFEBS. Track case funding data at various levels using FMS databases. Provide input and recommendations for budget and pricing of FMS cases to meet program requirements cost-effectively. Research requisition status and develop supply requirement inputs using CISIL, FEDLOG, CCOPES, LMP, and GFEBS; review and recommend resolutions for shipped/unbilled reports. Perform cost estimating and data analysis prepared by contractors and USG agencies. Analyze life cycle performance requirements for FMS programs. Review and analyze financial, cost, schedule data, budgets, and reports according to USG policies. Evaluate financial data and schedules to inform reviews and decision-making. Assess hardware delivery and milestone achievement through event and schedule analysis. Provide evaluations and recommendations on the impact of program activities on acquisition, upgrades, deployment, and sustainment. Participate in PMRs, FMRs, MSRs, and develop meeting inputs and minutes. Research strategic issues and develop impact assessments. Contribute to organizational vision, goals, and strategy development. Create metrics and strategies for strategic plan implementation. Maintain related databases and websites. Identify strategic issues and develop mitigation strategies to leverage strengths and opportunities. Conduct program evaluations and recommend improvements. Attend meetings with USG organizations outside the U.S. Serve as the principal advisor on system engineering and technical elements of the FMS program.
