We’re partnered with a well-established and growing commercial glass and glazing subcontractor expanding their presence in the Raleigh, NC market. Known for delivering high-quality façade and glazing systems, this company is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their team and contribute to their continued growth in the region. This is a full-time, onsite position offering long-term stability, competitive compensation, and the opportunity to lead architecturally significant building envelope projects. The ideal candidate will bring proven experience managing
commercial glazing projects valued at $8M or more . The culture is collaborative, fast-paced, and focused on performance and client satisfaction. Project Scope Includes
Unitized and Stick-Built Curtain Wall Systems Storefront and Window Wall Systems Interior Glass Partitions and Office Front Systems Structural Glass Systems and Canopies ACM Panels and Architectural Metals Blast-Resistant and High-Performance Glazing Systems Key Responsibilities
Manage commercial glazing projects from preconstruction through closeout Coordinate with engineering, drafting, fabrication, procurement, and field teams Maintain and manage schedules, budgets, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation Serve as the primary point of contact with general contractors, architects, and owners Oversee timely material delivery, quality control, and field coordination Conduct regular site visits to monitor installation progress and resolve issues Collaborate with company leadership on forecasting, risk management, and project performance Qualifications
5+ years of experience managing commercial glass and glazing projects Proven track record of delivering
projects valued at $8M or more Strong knowledge of curtain wall, storefront, and window wall systems Skilled at reviewing construction documents, specs, and shop drawings Experience with fabrication processes and field installation workflows Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills Familiarity with project management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, or MS Project Base Salary:
$80,000 – $110,000 (commensurate with experience) Bonus Structure:
