Assistant Dairy Farm Manager – Facilities, Equipment, and Cropping Operations
Kutztown, PA
Corner View Farm is seeking an
Assistant Dairy Farm Manager
with a strong focus on facility upkeep, equipment maintenance, and crop production. If you enjoy working outdoors, managing hands‑on projects, and contributing to a farm that embraces tradition and technology, this may be the role for you.
Manage day-to-day maintenance of farm buildings, mechanical systems, and dairy infrastructure
Oversee and maintain a fleet of tractors, harvesters, and other cropping and feeding equipment
Coordinate seasonal crop operations, including field prep, planting, and harvesting, on 600+ acres of double‑cropped farmland
Execute and support farm‑wide preventive maintenance plans and equipment repairs
Work with a collaborative team to ensure feed crops are grown efficiently and equipment runs smoothly year‑round
Since 1915, Corner View Farm has been a 150‑cow family dairy that now serves as the test and research farm for our sister company, AMS Galaxy USA. What We're Looking For In Our Assistant Dairy Farm Manager:
Hands‑On Experience:
At least 2 years of farming or heavy equipment operation and maintenance is highly preferred
Mechanical Aptitude:
Able to service tractors, implements, and machinery for both dairy and crop operations
Organized and Task‑Focused:
Able to juggle multiple priorities, keep detailed maintenance logs, and stay ahead of seasonal demands
Team‑Oriented:
Cooperative, humble, and energized by group problem‑solving
Eager to Learn:
Hungry to grow in your knowledge of farming systems, automation, and crop production
Tech‑Comfortable:
Willing to use basic computer tools, email, and farm‑related software
Physically Capable:
Able to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical tasks outdoors in all seasons

$21‑28+/hour. DOE
