Location Candidates local to below location can apply: Port Washington, NY Key Responsibilities Partners with manager to develop and execute strategies for their assigned business. Strong time management and organization of data and product information to ensure on time and accurate execution of plans. Develop sales forecast for new products/category, analyze and monitor sales trend, variances and issues, and execute aligned actions to drive sales. Defines problems and seeks solutions by examining issues and ideas through inquiry, analysis, dialogue, and evaluation. Accountable for assigned Category P&L within the framework of their manager's and division's goals. Assist in identifying category trends and insights by evaluating competitive products, market share, pricing, advertising, and maintaining department databases with findings. Takes initiative to become SME, curiously investigating and learning. Execute with a high sense of urgency in a fast and agile environment. Data analytics skills to be able to mine data, understand the drivers of your business. Maintains strong, effective relationships with cross-functional teams and vendors. Competencies and Skills Bachelor's degree and 1-3 years' experience in Product Management or related field. Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment. Understanding of industrial distribution, sales metrics, business fundamentals, merchandising strategies, and assortment planning. Solid interpersonal skills, both written and verbal. Strong time management and project management skills. Preferences Familiar with P&L and Accounting Terminology. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Maintain strong, effective internal and external relationships to drive innovation and product development.
