Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees.**What You'll Be Doing*** Lead daily shipping operations with Marine Department and cartage drivers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries* Coordinate with production and logistics teams to optimize load schedules* Monitor inventory levels and shipping documentation for compliance* Drive continuous improvement in safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction* Train and support team members to meet performance and quality standards**What Are We Looking For*** Aggregate background preferred* Strong leadership and communication skills to guide a team effectively* Proven ability to manage logistics and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment* Commitment to safety, quality, and operational excellence* Proficiency with shipping systems and basic computer applications* Ability to collaborate across departments and adapt to changing priorities**Work Environment**
This role operates in a manufacturing and shipping environment with exposure to outdoor conditions, heavy equipment, and varying temperatures.
