Base Pay Range $18.00/hr – $25.00/hr
Position Summary The Service Advisor role combines customer service, technical knowledge, and sales in the automotive service department. You will support members, provide solutions, and maintain a safe, compliant environment while learning and growing with the business.
Responsibilities
Be a Team Member – Collaborate with team members to fulfill sales and service requests, educate associates on tools and tasks, mentor new technicians, and develop interpersonal skills for safe and efficient customer service.
Be an Expert – Demonstrate knowledge of safety and compliance protocols, tire and battery industry guidelines, service standards, equipment operations, TPMS, product specifications, and seasonality; use Point of Sale systems in phone and in‑person selling techniques.
Be a Techie – Leverage digital tools to plan and drive sales, improve the service experience, and elevate associate engagement using handheld technology and systems to make business decisions on service safety alerts, new product information, product application, and training.
Be an Owner – Communicate equipment, tools, and supplies needs; track and monitor returns and special orders; operate cash registers and process transactions; maintain accurate inventory, audit safety, and compliance standards; report safety hazards and complaints; complete paperwork, logs, and documentation; package and store merchandise per company policies.
Be a Talent Ambassador – Advocate for the brand by valuing member experience, modeling high‑quality service and products, and inspiring others to work respectfully, supportively, and team‑oriented; assist in training team members.
