We are a fast-growing, team-oriented boutique brokerage based in Hallandale Beach / Hollywood Beach, FL.

We’re looking for a motivated, customer-service-focused Buyer’s Agent to join our Raydiant Team!

Spanish and / or Russian-speaking agents are highly encouraged to apply.

What You’ll Do

Work with pre-qualified buyer and renter leads to help them find and secure their ideal homes

Conduct buyer consultations to uncover needs, build trust, and guide clients through the purchasing process

Schedule and attend property showings and open houses

Write and negotiate offers on behalf of buyers with skill and professionalism

Maintain consistent communication and provide white-glove service throughout the transaction

Leverage our team’s lead generation systems, marketing tools, and transaction support to maximize your success

Keep updated on market trends, inventory, and neighborhoods to advise clients accurately

Build strong client relationships that lead to referrals and repeat business

Qualifications

Active Florida Real Estate License (Required)

Strong communication skills — bilingual in Spanish and / or Russian preferred

Passionate about helping buyers achieve their goals and dreams

Motivated, coachable, and eager to learn from our top-level training and mentorship

Strong work ethic and goal-oriented mindset

Tech-savvy and comfortable with CRM platforms, MLS systems, and digital communications

Professional appearance and a client-first attitude

Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and insurance

Available for a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends as needed

Compensation

Commission-Based : Earning potential of $50,000–$80,000+ annually

Opportunity into senior buyer agent or listing agent roles

Key Responsibilities

Manage and nurture incoming leads from multiple sources, including phone, email, text, and CRM platforms

Consult with buyers to uncover their needs and match them to suitable properties through property searches, scheduling, and showings

Write, present, and negotiate offers on behalf of buyers, maintaining the highest level of professionalism and advocacy

Guide clients through the complete home buying process, including financing options, inspections, negotiations, and closing

Maintain active communication with clients, providing consistent updates, expert advice, and world-class customer service throughout their journey

Participate in open houses, networking events, and marketing activities to build relationships, generate new leads, and grow your sphere of influence

Collaborate with the team by attending meetings, training sessions, and contributing to a positive, high-performance culture

Additional Qualifications

Active Florida Real Estate License (Required)

Bilingual in Russian or Spanish highly preferred (English fluency required)

Enthusiastic, energetic, and committed to delivering an outstanding client experience

Willingness to work flexible hours , including evenings and weekends, to meet client needs

Strong knowledge of current real estate market trends and a passion for ongoing learning and professional growth

Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented , with the ability to prioritize and thrive in a fast-paced environment

Excellent verbal and written communication skills , with strong relationship-building abilities

Customer service, sales, or previous real estate experience is a major plus

Self-motivated and goal-driven, with a “whatever it takes” attitude

Tech-savvy — comfortable using CRM databases, MLS systems, and digital communications

Strong advocate for clients' goals, demonstrating persistence, resilience, and creative problem-solving

High level of professionalism and a team-oriented mindset
