The Shift Manager ensures each customer visit results in friendly, personalized service with great food promptly delivered in a clean and inviting environment. What You Will Be Doing
Train and supervise crew members Monitor and reinforce food safety standards and procedures Interact with customers in a friendly, polite, and professional manner Execute cost control systems Delegate prep and cleaning assignments as needed throughout the shift Skills & Knowledge You Will Need
Ability to work well in a fast‑paced environment and under pressure Dependable and reliable Good written, math, and interpersonal skills Reliable transportation 18 years old to work in a manager role Possess all documents and permits required by state & federal law Flexible work availability Customer focused and results oriented Previous customer service work experience helpful Undergo background screening in accordance with local laws and regulations Benefits & Perks
