If you are a people-first seller who loves creating momentum, this role is for you. You will own the first conversation, spark interest, and turn curiosity into scheduled demos. You will work across law enforcement, EMS, public health, and behavioral health. You will be the face of Julota at conferences and online. You will help a fast-growing company scale its pipeline. What You Will Do

Create new pipeline with targeted outbound and fast follow-up on inbound Run energetic booth conversations at 4 to 8 conferences per year and book next steps on the spot Qualify prospects, uncover pain, and align Julota’s value with their programs Book product demos for the Sales team and keep opportunities moving Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns, lists, and messaging that convert Capture activity in HubSpot and share clear feedback about lead quality Partner with Sales, Implementation, and Product so prospects see a unified team Hit a monthly quota of qualified opportunities You Will Thrive Here If You

Love talking to people and building relationships quickly Enjoy competition, goals, and a visible leaderboard Move fast, handle objections with confidence, and bounce back after a no Like travel, live events, and being the spark that starts deals Want a path to grow your earnings and your title as you hit targets Must Haves

At least 2 years in an SDR or BDR role Willing to make daily outbound calls and multi-channel outreach Comfortable working remotely and managing your day with intention Professional phone and video presence with strong writing skills Helpful Experience

Background with Healthcare, Public Sector, EMS, Law Enforcement, or Behavioral Health Hands-on with HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo Research skills to prepare for innovative, relevant outreach Understanding of digital selling and structured sales processes Compensation and Location

Monthly bonus based on demos booked Quarterly bonus for top-tier performance above quota Additional bonus based on deals closed by the Sales team Total potential compensation at plan: $82,000 to $92,000 Fully remote within the U.S.; Colorado candidates preferred.
