Your Tasks
Perform measurements / tests as per control plan (e.g. dimensional measurements, pull test, torque test, grease weight etc.) and internal process audits as per plan (e.g. LPA's) or required. Maintaining Brose calibration and gauge management system. Carry out ongoing NRFT and scrap analysis and consequent reduction activities. Creation, signatures acquisition, posting and execution of Quality Alerts. Production and Poka-Yoke scorecards verification. Daily update of Paytner charts of each production cell and error collection data file. Perform incoming inspection as per control plan. Release and block material per status and perform and manage sorts if required. Maintain the “failure table” updated. Other duties assigned by Manager/Supervisor. Your Profile
High school diploma or equivalent. Two or more years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
