$70K - $80K

Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, including processing, packaging, and storage of supplies, materials, and equipment.
Develop schedules and determine manpower requirements for the assigned area.
Resolve issues promptly and effectively within a moderate scope.
Exercise judgment and decision-making within company procedures and policies.
Supervise professional individual contributors and/or skilled or semi-skilled non-exempt employees.
Qualifications:
Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
Effective communication skills in group or presentation settings.
Understanding of occupational health and safety (OHS) guidelines.
Requirements:
Ability to regularly push, pull, and lift up to 40 lbs.
Ability to stand for prolonged periods.
Minimum of 4 years supervisory experience coaching, mentoring, and training staff.
Warehouse supervisory experience preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree a plus.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
