Shift Manager role at Quality Fresca LLC (Brand: Moe's Southwest Grill). Full Time position in Carrollwood, Tampa, FL area. Summary: The Shift Manager is responsible for managing the daily operations of Moe’s Southwest Grill, ensuring the restaurant team creates quality food and provides quality guest service in a fun, fast-paced environment, and adheres to company policies, procedures and standards. Responsible for ensuring the restaurant team is properly trained for prepping, cooking, packaging and serving food for guests in a timely fashion. Ensure prepared food products meet operational, food safety and brand standards. Manage food flow, ordering, receiving, storing and servicing to ensure high quality product, proper portioning and low waste. Coach restaurant team on operational standards and take corrective action as necessary. Accountable for maintaining a fun, fast-paced atmosphere for employees and guests. Ensure the restaurant team greets guests by stating, “Welcome to Moe’s!” and strives for 100% guest satisfaction in areas of quality, service and cleanliness. Take corrective action as necessary. Enforce sanitary practices for food handling, general cleanliness and maintenance of exterior, kitchen and dining areas. Ensure compliance with food safety and brand standards. Implement proper security procedures to protect guests, employees and assets. Prioritize guest and employee safety to reduce injuries or accidents. Complete administrative paperwork in a timely fashion. Maintain a professional image including punctuality, cleanliness, uniform and appearance standards. Demonstrate company values in actions and behaviors; perform other tasks as directed by the leadership team related to restaurant management and assigned representatives; always represent Moe’s and Quality Fresca, LLC professionally. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to communicate clearly, move, and remain in a stationary position. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
