Redis
Who We Are
We’re Redis. We built the product that runs the fast apps our world runs on. At Redis, you’ll work with the fastest, simplest technology in the business—whether you’re building it, telling its story, or selling it to our 10,000+ worldwide customers.
Why would you love this job? In this critical role, you will be responsible for optimizing our SDR organization through data-driven insights, sophisticated reporting, accurate forecasting, and process improvements. The ideal candidate will bring an exceptional analytical and problem-solving skill set, seeking to uncover insights that drive smart decision-making rather than just reporting metrics. You will be the operational backbone of our sales development efforts, enabling our SDRs to perform at their highest potential.
What You’ll Do
Production reporting: Develop, implement, and maintain unified and comprehensive reporting that accurately tracks SDR performance metrics and KPIs
Pipeline forecasting: Create reliable forecasting models to predict pipeline generation and conversion rates. Lead weekly forecast updates to ensure corrective actions are implemented as early as possible.
Process improvement: Continuously analyze SDR workflows to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in their systems or processes; design and implement improvements, including project management of cross-functional efforts.
Cross-functional collaboration: Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Sales Ops teams to align SDR operations with broader organizational goals while also ensuring SDR requirements are appropriately prioritized in their roadmaps.
Performance management: Monitor team productivity and individual performance metrics; develop strategies to improve conversion rates and efficiency. Provide guidance on resource allocation and rebalancing.
Training support: Identify skill gaps through data analysis and help develop targeted training programs to address them
Systems management: Closely monitor our SDR tech stack, identify opportunities for optimization, and implement solutions that enhance SDR productivity
