What This Job Can Offer You Join Remote as a Product Manager, Benefits Platform & Integrations, where you’ll play a pivotal role in scaling our global benefits infrastructure across all product lines. This role spans internal and external benefit systems – from sourcing and enrollment to renewals and integrations – ensuring that Remote delivers compliant, competitive, and seamless benefit experiences for customers and employees worldwide. You’ll work at the intersection of technology, partnerships, and operations, shaping how benefits are powered and extended across Remote’s ecosystem. You’ll identify, integrate, and evolve connections with benefit providers, build scalable internal tools, and enhance automation for how benefits are offered, managed, and renewed globally. Extensive Product Management experience, ideally in benefits, payroll, or HR tech, with a focus on API‑driven and file‑based integrations. Technically strong, comfortable with APIs, SDKs, and integration workflows spanning multiple domains (e.g., sourcing, enrollment, renewals). Analytical and data‑savvy, proficient in SQL for validation, insights, and data strategy. Empathetic and user‑focused, translating customer and operational needs into impactful products. Strategic and results‑oriented, balancing long‑term vision with execution to drive scalability and automation. Collaborative communicator, skilled at aligning cross‑functional teams (Engineering, Operations, Partnerships, Payroll, Design). Clear communicator, able to simplify complex systems in writing and speech. Passionate about remote work and global accessibility. Fluent in English; remote work experience a plus. Key Responsibilities
Lead the evolution of Remote’s benefits platform, spanning internal tools, external integrations, and data pipelines. Conduct market and partner research to identify and evaluate new provider integrations and expansion opportunities. Define, prioritize, and deliver on the roadmap for benefit sourcing, enrollment, and renewal automation across product lines. Partner with Engineering and Design to define integration requirements, system specifications, and testing plans. Collaborate with the Partnerships team to identify, negotiate, and scale strategic relationships with benefit providers and platforms. Monitor performance and usage metrics to drive optimization, stability, and scalability across benefit systems. Act as the subject matter expert for benefits integrations and internal systems, enabling teams across Remote to build on a unified foundation. Work cross‑functionally with Payroll, Customer Experience, Benefit Operations, Marketing, and Sales to ensure cohesive benefit delivery and customer experience. Practicals
