Responsibilities The Referral Program Lead will provide support to the Referral Program Manager and Referral Program Supervisor with the daily operation of the unit and assist with oversight of the referral center during the absence of the Referral Program Manager (RCM) or Referral Program Supervisor (RCS). The Referral Program Lead works under the supervision of and reports to the Referral Program Manager.
Qualifications
High School Diploma; GED
One year of experience in medical referrals or other related medical patient support functions in an ambulatory care setting.
Two or more years of experience with Electronic Health Record (EHR).
Certified Medical Assistant (preferred).
