3 days ago Be among the first 25 applicants NEXTEP is seeking a highly experienced and motivated SAP SuccessFactors HCM/HXM Lead to spearhead the implementation and optimization of HR technology for our client supporting dozens of sub-organizations with over 8000 employees. This key position will be crucial in designing, configuring, and deploying SAP SuccessFactors modules related to Time, Payroll (including Employee Central Payroll – ECP and transitioning from the existing Lawson Payroll), Benefits, and Position Management within SAP SuccessFactors, which enables the optimization of human resources processes, enhances talent management, and achieves strategic objectives. Responsibilities: Lead the full lifecycle implementation of SAP SuccessFactors for Time, Payroll (transitioning from Lawson), Benefits, and Position Management modules, from planning and configuration through go-live. Collaborate with HR stakeholders and business teams to understand requirements, analyze existing processes (including those currently within Lawson), identify gaps, and design optimal solutions within SAP SuccessFactors. Drive the successful migration of data from Lawson Payroll to SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP). Demonstrate expertise in configuring and implementing SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll and advising on best practices for payroll configuration. Architect time and payroll integration design, developing strategies and plans for parallel testing during the transition from Lawson. Configure Employee Central elements such as initial setup, foundation objects, employee data, transactions, business rules, and optional configurations. Manage system testing to ensure procedures are thoroughly tested before release, covering all aspects of Time, Payroll, Benefits, and Position Management. Act as a subject matter expert between technical teams and business owners for system updates, root cause analysis, and solution recommendations. Develop and deliver effective training materials and conduct user training sessions to ensure smooth adoption of the new system. Stay current with SAP SuccessFactors updates and enhancements, particularly those related to Time, Payroll, Benefits, and Position Management. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. 10+ years of experience in SAP HCM and/or SuccessFactors implementation and support. Proven experience as a team lead and/or workstream lead on large-scale SAP HCM/SuccessFactors projects. In-depth knowledge and experience with SAP SuccessFactors modules, particularly Employee Central (EC), Employee Central Payroll (ECP), Time Management, Benefits Management, and Position Management. Direct experience with transitioning from a legacy payroll system (like Lawson) to SAP SuccessFactors ECP. Strong understanding of payroll processes, time management practices, benefits administration, and position management concepts. Experience with data migration strategies and tools for transferring HR and payroll data from legacy systems to SuccessFactors. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose issues and develop effective solutions. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills for effective stakeholder engagement. Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
