What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Define the long‑term vision and roadmap for the shared agentic AI platform and MCP server infrastructure
Collaborate with engineering, ML/AI, and DevOps teams to design scalable and secure AI/ML architectures
Oversee the development lifecycle from requirements through deployment and ongoing optimization
Establish frameworks for model evaluation, monitoring, and continuous improvement
Champion best practices in agent workflow design, AI/ML Ops, and evaluation methodologies across the organization
What is Required (Qualifications)
5+ years of product management experience, with 2+ years focused on AI/ML products, platforms, or infrastructure
Strong understanding of agentic platforms, multi‑agent workflows, and the AI ecosystem
Hands‑on familiarity with AI/ML Ops, including model deployment pipelines and evaluation frameworks
Experience building or managing shared platforms/tools used by multiple product teams
Excellent cross‑functional communication and stakeholder management skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience implementing or managing an MCP (Model Context Protocol) server or similar contextual orchestration systems
Background in SaaS or multi‑product portfolios
Familiarity with enterprise‑level security, compliance, and scalability requirements for AI
