360Learning is looking for a Partner Marketing & Operations Manager to architect and scale the next generation of our global partner ecosystem. This is a highly strategic role at the intersection of marketing, alliances, operations, and growth, ideal for someone who wants to build and own the engine behind one of the fastest-growing partner programs in SaaS.

Your mission: turn our partner program into a world-class growth platform. You will design and orchestrate how we communicate, operate, and scale partnerships internally and externally. This means structuring clear, impactful enablement for our internal teams, while also building the marketing motions and engagement strategies that elevate our partners externally. You’ll harness AI agents, automation, and data to improve how we deliver partner intelligence, streamline collaboration, and amplify partner impact across the business.

Reporting directly to the Director of EMEA Alliances and collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Product, and Finance, you’ll be the driving force behind how we structure, market, and shine our partner program. You will also be responsible for scaling a digital-first approach for our Tier 3 partners globally, and have the responsibility for the sourcing and influence growth metrics.

Within 1 month, you will

Immerse yourself in our partner ecosystem, understanding our GTM strategy, current partner motions, and the opportunities ahead

Audit existing processes, documentation, and partner communications to identify quick wins and strategic priorities

Get hands‑on with our tech stack (Salesforce, Atlassian tools, Looker, Dust) and explore how AI and automation can elevate partner engagement and enablement

Build relationships across Sales, CS, Product, Marketing, and Finance to align on how partnerships can create impact across the business

Get familiar with our Convexity culture

Within 3 months, you will

Own the narrative: Redesign our internal partner enablement hub (documentation, playbooks, GTM materials, and co‑marketing resources) into a strategic asset for revenue teams

Build scalable foundations: Define partner program rules of engagement, partner tiering, and system integrator collaboration models that make partnering with 360Learning intuitive and high‑impact

Operationalize value: Create and roll out a streamlined process for partnership referral fees, ensuring revenue impact is tracked, reported and optimized

Intelligence at scale: Deploy AI‑powered tools and workflows to deliver real‑time partner insights and automate internal communications, increasing productivity across the revenue org

Launch an improved partner newsletter and communication cadence, backed by clear engagement metrics and feedback loops

Within 6 months, you will

Scale operational excellence: Automate key workflows; from onboarding to content distribution to marketplace updates, making our partner program more efficient and more visible

Drive engagement: Launch targeted, data‑driven marketing campaigns (high‑touch and low‑touch) that deepen partner collaboration and generate measurable pipeline influence

Be the source of truth: Build a comprehensive partner intelligence layer that helps internal teams act faster, sell smarter, and deliver greater value

Shape GTM impact: Partner with Sales and Marketing leadership to design joint initiatives that expand partner‑sourced pipeline and accelerate customer adoption

Demonstrate a measurable lift in partner engagement (via newsletter open/click rates, shared content, or co‑marketing activity) and direct impact on sourcing.

Launch a scalable digital‑first approach to improve the scale and impact of our Tier 3 partnerships

Within 12 months, you will

Be recognized as a key partner to the Alliances team for partner enablement and marketing strategy

Lead small scale partner campaigns end‑to‑end with minimal supervision

Contribute to the definition of the partner marketing roadmap and influence cross‑functional strategy

Have taken steps toward owning or influencing the partner operations function in (processes, enablement, tooling)

Getting knowledge from Marketing and Ops current available info and processes

The Skill Set

2-3 years of experience in partner marketing, marketing operations, or a related function (SaaS, consulting, or tech ecosystems preferred)

Highly organized, detail‑oriented, with a structured mindset around process, analysis, documentation and operations

Hands‑on familiarity or strong willingness to learn Salesforce and the Atlassian suite (Confluence, Jira, Trello, Salesforce), and demonstrated understanding and use of AI Agent tools to create efficiency is a bonus

Comfortable working with external partners and cross‑functionally with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Marketing

Self‑starter, equally comfortable in operations/process enablement and creative partner marketing execution

Fluency in English and French; German is a plus

Package includes base salary, a variable component and equity
