The Program Manager leads the production of multi-channel projects of medium size or complexity, and is ultimately responsible for the delivery of high quality deliverables that power client satisfaction, meet business requirements, and balance client and agency economics. Responsibilities
Knowledge: PM Technical Skills, SOWs, Client finances, Thought Process, Technology, Agency process Strategy: Project Plans, Quality Control, Process improvement, Trouble shooting, Conflict resolution, Resource allocation, Collaboration, Project risk Tactics and Execution: Execution, Change process, Internal Relationships and Team Leadership, Management, Estimates, Culture, On-boarding Client Relationship: Client process, Managing expectations, Communication and Writing, Deliverables Qualifications
Effective negotiation and conflict management skills Computer literate, proficient in Microsoft Office Microsoft Project is a plus Knowledge of digital and pharma Exhibits Integrity and Trust Exhibits Self Development Education and Experience
