As a
Project Manager for SaaS Implementations , you will oversee the delivery of Sense solutions for new clients—from kickoff to go‑live. You’ll coordinate across internal teams (Data Engineering, Implementation Consulting, Customer Success, and Product) and external client stakeholders to ensure timely, high‑quality integrations between Sense and applicant tracking systems.
You’ll own the project plan, manage risks and resources, drive communication, and ensure each client’s implementation aligns with success metrics and best practices.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and Deliver: Manage end‑to‑end implementation projects for new Sense customers and additional modules for existing customers, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget.
Client Partnership: Act as the primary point of contact for clients during implementation—setting clear expectations, tracking milestones, and maintaining transparent communication.
Project Coordination: Oversee all project activities using primarily Asana along with Jira, Catalyst, and Salesforce coordinating with internal Sense teams to ensure seamless delivery.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with the Data Engineer, Implementation Consultant, Customer Success Manager, and other stakeholders to configure integrations, migrate data, and validate workflows.
Requirements Gathering: Work with clients to understand ATS configurations, business processes, and communication goals to inform the implementation approach.
Process Management: Identify blockers early, manage scope changes effectively, and proactively communicate risks and mitigation plans.
Quality & Handoff: Ensure all Sense modules (Engage, Messaging, Scheduling, Analytics, etc.) are deployed and validated before transitioning the customer to the Customer Success team. Partner with the Customer Success team to ensure a smooth post‑go‑live handoff and establish a foundation for renewal and expansion.
Continuous Improvement: Contribute to internal process documentation, project playbooks, and best practices to improve implementation efficiency and client satisfaction. Represent the customer’s voice in internal roadmap and process improvement discussions.
Qualifications
Experience: 3+ years of SaaS project management or implementation experience, ideally in HR Tech, Recruiting, or Staffing technology.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; able to present confidently to clients and internal teams alike.
Project Management Skills: Demonstrated success in managing multiple concurrent projects with structured timelines, dependencies, and cross‑functional teams.
