Position: Project Manager at White Construction

White Construction is seeking a Project Manager to join their team. The role involves overseeing field operations, contract administration, safety, personnel management, subcontract scheduling, and procurement of materials and equipment. Position Responsibilities

Manage field operations and contract administration, including safety, personnel, subcontract scheduling, and procurement. Develop and implement safety plans for all planning and field activities. Manage contracts, including identifying potential change orders and scope changes. Create and manage project budgets. Manage relationships with subcontractors and vendors, mitigating risks and controlling costs. Plan equipment types, personnel skills, means, and methods, and update schedules accordingly. Maintain accurate cost accounting, scheduling, change order logs, and communication logs. Submit monthly cost-to-complete projections. Manage contract values affected by weather, scope changes, and authorized change orders. Report weekly quantities completed and update in Viewpoint. Ensure weekly budget adjustments are accurate. Process and reconcile change orders every 30 days with clients and vendors. Update change order logs to reflect current contract amounts. Track and record committed purchase order costs accurately. Perform other duties as assigned. Education and Requirements

Associate degree required; Bachelor's preferred. Excellent communication skills, problem-solving ability, and team management approach. Authorized to work in the United States now and in the future. Minimum of 5+ years project management experience in heavy civil and bridge construction. Training
