Responsibilities Diagnosing & Repairing: Use your skills to identify failures and confirm repairs with equipment and recommend service for continued equipment reliability. Analyzing & Confirming: Complete and check electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, and diesel repairs on equipment to customer satisfaction. Meeting and Exceeding: Perform quality service work and attain collectable efficiency, billable efficiency, labor sales, and rework goals. Documenting and Submitting: Complete work order and forms for service operations in a timely and accurate manner. Collaborating & Communicating: Consistently focusing on how we all succeed and seek ways to communicate, work together, to generate expected results. Being Safe & Train: Maintain a clean and safe working environment and continually improve and learn in ways that strengthen our performance and expand opportunities.
