Quality Assurance Technician
– ASSA ABLOY Group, Tulsa, OK Join Ameristar Perimeter Security USA, a branded company of ASSA ABLOY Group, to support quality assurance operations in manufacturing. Responsibilities
Perform hands‑on inspections and audits of manufactured and purchased parts according to drawings and specifications. Review and maintain controlled documents and work instructions for accuracy. Conduct and record process audits, maintain equipment calibration, and generate data charts and graphs. Identify non‑conforming material, isolate it, and perform root‑cause analysis. Use gages and metrological devices (calipers, micrometers, height gages, gloss meter, hardness tester, etc.) for part measurement. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent. 3–5 years of relevant experience in a high‑volume manufacturing environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Experience with SPC, data analysis, Lean Manufacturing, and Six Sigma principles. Strong knowledge of quality concepts and ability to analyze data for trends. Ability to read engineering drawings, work instructions, SOPs, and industry standards (ASTM, ISO, etc.). Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team. Location: Tulsa, OK.
