Complete service requests in a timely and proficient manner. Provide excellent customer service to our Residents. Repair and/or install all appliances and HVAC units as necessary to maintain a quality dwelling. Must comply with all environmental and OSHA regulations and company policies. Handle other general maintenance tickets as assigned. Qualifications
Have at least 3 years' experience in HVAC repair, plumbing, basic carpentry, and electrical skills. Must be EPA Certified (Type 2 or Universal). HVAC installation experience. HVAC troubleshooting experience. Apartment maintenance experience is a plus. Have a valid driver's license. Passing a criminal background check required. Ability to lift 100 lbs. Spanish language skills are a plus. Initiative and customer service skill. Benefits
