Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic

Talent Operations Manager

to lead and optimize our HRIS platforms and performance management processes. This role is critical to ensuring the seamless execution of talent operations initiatives that drive organizational growth, employee development, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with strong analytical and project management skills, who thrives in a dynamic environment and has a proven track record of building scalable systems. Acting as a bridge between HR, leadership, and cross-functional teams, you will be responsible for streamlining workflows, enhancing productivity, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Harrow’s ophthalmic pharmaceutical portfolio is one of the most comprehensive in the industry, including:

Core Responsibilities

HRIS Ownership & Optimization:

Manage the full lifecycle of the HRIS platform, including configuration, upgrades, troubleshooting, user training, and ongoing improvements.

Talent Development:

Oversee

Harrow University

content strategy and employee engagement with learning programs. Collaborate with functional leaders to design and implement

career pathing frameworks . Align employee development plans with training initiatives to drive performance and growth.

Performance Management:

Lead the 360-feedback process, including survey administration, training of regional training managers, and feedback integration; monitor and communicate progress toward individual and company-wide performance and bonus goals; identify gaps in performance metrics and recommend actionable solutions.

Organizational Effectiveness:

Partner with leadership to develop and execute strategic business plans; provide analytics and benchmarking insights to enhance talent management practices; drive continuous process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency across all talent operations.

Talent Administration:

Support HR operations, including workforce planning, employee feedback systems, and other key initiatives that enhance employee experience and organizational alignment.

Vendor Oversight:

Manage the review, execution, and tracking of agreements with external partners or vendors.

Qualifications & Requirements

Experience:

Minimum 5+ years of HR and HRIS platform experience with a strong understanding of talent management processes.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in HRIS platforms, MS PowerPoint, and advanced computer applications.

Project Management:

Demonstrated ability to lead projects end-to-end with exceptional organizational and prioritization skills.

Interpersonal Skills:

Strong communicator with proven experience in relationship-building, consulting, and influencing stakeholders at all levels.

Adaptability:

Able to work effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a proactive, results-oriented mindset.
