About This Opportunity
Position Overview We’re hiring a CRM Analyst to lead data-driven strategies that improve engagement and retention of our gig-economy delivery drivers. This role sits at the intersection of analytics, marketing, and product, and is ideal for someone who’s operated in high-performance environments like consulting or fast-paced B2C startups.
You’ll own CRM campaign execution, driver segmentation, and performance analysis—bringing best practices and experimentation to a space that’s ripe for innovation. You’ll be expected to operate independently, with support from Strategy and Analytics leadership, but without a dedicated CRM manager to guide you day-to-day.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze & Optimize:
Use SQL and visualization tools to uncover insights from driver behavior and campaign performance.
Segment & Personalize:
Build and refine driver segmentation strategies to tailor messaging and incentives.
Test & Learn:
Design A/B tests and iterate CRM campaigns across Email, SMS, Push, and in-app channels.
Drive Retention:
Develop strategies to improve driver satisfaction and long-term engagement.
Collaborate Cross-Functionally:
Work with Product, and Ops to align CRM efforts with broader business goals.
Own Execution:
Launch and monitor CRM campaigns end-to-end, from ideation to reporting.
Bring Best Practices:
Establish CRM frameworks and playbooks from prior experience to uplevel our approach.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree
1–2 years in consulting or equivalent high-performance analytical role or 1–2 years in a B2C startup, ideally focused on CRM, lifecycle marketing, or growth.
Strong SQL skills and comfort working with large datasets.
Experience with CRM platforms and multi-channel campaign execution.
Proactive, self-directed, and biased toward action.
Ability to thrive without a dedicated CRM lead—comfortable learning and applying best practices independently.
Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in the gig economy, food delivery, or logistics industries is a plus.
Experience in a big data environment and familiarity with Python scripting is preferred.
Exposure to marketing attribution, paid media performance, or growth experimentation.
