Location: Vision Ford Lincoln – Wahpeton, ND Employment Type: Full-Time Compensation: Base + Commission Job Description:
Vision Ford Lincoln is looking for a customer-first, detail-driven Service Advisor to join our high-performing service team! You’ll be the trusted guide for our customers—helping them understand their vehicle’s needs, recommending solutions, and ensuring every visit is smooth, efficient, and positive. Your ability to communicate clearly, stay organized, and create confidence will directly contribute to the level of service our customers expect from the Vision brand. What You’ll Do:
Welcome and assist customers with professionalism and care
Listen to concerns and document repair needs accurately
Translate technical information clearly and honestly
Keep customers updated throughout their vehicle’s visit
️ Collaborate with techs to ensure timely service
Upsell maintenance plans, warranties & service specials
Finalize repair orders and ensure full customer satisfaction
Follow up after service to build long-term relationships What You’ll Need:
????️ Prior Service Advisor or customer service experience (preferred)
Strong communication + problem-solving skills
Ability to handle a fast-paced environment with ease
Basic understanding of vehicle systems and repairs
Comfort with computers and DMS (CDK, Reynolds, etc., a plus)
High school diploma or equivalent (some college a bonus)
Valid driver’s license & clean driving record What We Offer
