Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health Massachusetts is seeking an Assistant Program Manager to work with youth in a residential program in Rutland, MA. The pay starts at $22.79/hour with additional compensation for higher education and/or years of relevant experience up to $26.98/hour. A $1,000 sign-on bonus is offered. The Hill Crest program serves males aged 12-21 with various Autism Spectrum Disorder levels and related psychiatric, psychological and behavioral disorders. The program maintains a 1 staff to 3 students ratio and focuses on increasing independence, coping and social skills and preparing individuals to move on from Devereux. Responsibilities

Be passionate about working with and helping youth. Provide and ensure therapeutic interventions in a compassionate and safe environment. Collaborate with the Program Manager/Director to create program vision and a positive working environment. Assist with the planning and implementation of programming for individuals. Assist with staffing and other aspects of program management as needed. Possess a high level of organizational and communication skills. Benefits and Work Environment

Qualifications

Job Requirements

Must be 21 years of age or older. Driver\'s license required. Bachelor\'s degree in Rehabilitation Counseling or related degree required. 1 year of experience working with individuals with psychological, emotional and behavioral disorders, complex PTSD, co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders, and/or autism spectrum disorders required. One year of relevant supervisory experience preferred. Must be willing to obtain MAP Certification within 90 days of hire. Schedule

New Hire Orientation: two weeks, Monday–Friday, 8 AM–4 PM, in Rutland, MA. Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Saturday; 1 PM–11 PM.
