What You Will Do
Perform duties related to overall customer service.
Serve as customer interface on product status and delivery.
Maintain knowledge of Collins Aerospace organization and products to provide appropriate information and support to customers.
Consistently document customer service needs to identify patterns and maintain quality.
Perform order administration duties including: data entry, service estimate editing & submission, delivery/shipment creation.
Work in a team environment and handle tasks with minimal supervision after training.
Qualifications – Must Have
Typically requires a university degree and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field, or in absence of a degree, 6 years of relevant experience.
Qualifications – Preferred
Proficient in MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, etc.)
Customer facing experience
Aerospace, manufacturing, production, engineering industry experience
Superior organizational skills
Strong sense of urgency and ability to prioritize competing tasks
Exceptional written and oral communication skills
Able to anticipate needs and shows initiative
