Opportunity CACI is seeking Target Analyst Reports (TARs) to support core Intelligence Community (IC) missions at multiple locations. As a TAR, you will be given the opportunity to showcase your SIGINT analysis and reporting talents and expertise while supporting missions that are vital to our national security.
Responsibilities
Prepare synthesized products for customers by researching, analyzing, and reporting intelligence via appropriate reporting vehicles, in response to Intelligence Community (IC) requirements and in accordance with customer missions of Signals Intelligence, Information Assurance, and Computer Network Operations.
Prioritize, assess, evaluate, and report information obtained from passive and active collection, network evaluation and analysis, and from related collateral sources (for example IMINT, MASINT, HUMINT, open source, and others as needed) for use or decision by Government personnel.
Maintain awareness of internal and external customer needs. Collaborate with collectors and analysts to refine collection and reporting requirements.
Share target-related information and provide feedback to customers as appropriate. Issue appropriate products, which relay developments, trends, indications, warnings, and/or situational awareness regarding specific targets, as well as countermeasures and courses of action, if applicable.
Help develop databases or working aids on target activity to enhance and build target knowledge and improve collection.
Perform pre-release quality control functions.
Qualifications Required
Active TS/SCI with polygraph
Demonstrative experience with SIGINT and SIGINT reporting tools
Strong critical thinking and collaboration skills.
A high school diploma or GED plus 9 years of relevant experience, or an Associate’s degree plus 7 years of relevant experience, a Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of relevant experience, a Master’s degree and 3 years of relevant experience, OR a Doctoral Degree and 2 years of relevant experience.
Relevant experience requires aspects of Intelligence Analysis Reporting.
Knowledge of agency specific tools and methodologies.
Desired
Foreign language proficiency
Supplemental labor category experience (i.e. TDNA, DNEA, MDLA, CRIA, etc.)
Demonstrated experience in an area directly related to the mission (e.g. collection, cyber and intelligence analysis) and/or a similar mission in the DoD, and/or drafting/editing intelligence reports.

Pay Range The Proposed Salary Range for This Position Is
$75,200 - 158,100 USD.
