Position Overview The Partner Alliance Manager is a strategic role focused on driving partner-attached revenue and deepening our relationships with key technology partners, including
Snowflake, Databricks, Microsoft, and AWS . You will collaborate across sales, marketing, and delivery teams to strengthen SDG’s market presence and develop joint go-to-market solutions. This position combines high-level partnership management with hands-on execution to ensure a measurable impact on our sales pipeline, co-sell motions, and brand visibility within the cloud and data ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
Partner Management:
Own and expand relationships with strategic partners, including
Snowflake, Databricks, Microsoft, and AWS .
Revenue Generation:
Drive partner-attached revenue through joint pursuits, co-sell initiatives, and strategic field alignment.
Go-to-Market Strategy:
Develop and execute partner business plans that align with SDG’s GTM strategy and vertical priorities.
Marketing Collaboration:
Work with Sales and Marketing to build and execute partner campaigns, events, and demand-generation initiatives.
Pipeline & Reporting:
Track partner-influenced pipeline and maintain reporting metrics to measure joint success.
Internal Enablement:
Enable internal teams on partner programs, incentives, and solution updates.
Ecosystem Presence:
Identify new partnership opportunities, ensure SDG maintains strong partner certifications, and represent SDG at partner events and conferences.
Qualifications
Experience:
7–10 years
of experience in partner management, channel sales, or alliances within the data, analytics, or cloud ecosystem.
Partner Knowledge:
Strong relationships or working knowledge of key platforms such as
Snowflake, Databricks, Microsoft Azure, and AWS .
Proven Track Record:
Demonstrated success in driving partner-attached revenue and building high-impact joint GTM programs.
Communication Skills:
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with both technical and business stakeholders.
Mindset:
A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and high-growth environment.
Preferred Background:
Experience working in a consulting or professional services environment is preferred.
