Supply Chain Specialist – Indirect Sourcing
to support our corporate divisions. This role will work out of our
Plymouth, MN
location.
The job:
As our
Supply Chain Specialist , your primary role will be to manage vendors and perform cost analysis and to assist in negotiations. You will assist across all SJE locations by developing and executing sourcing strategies by leveraging commonalities and requirements in relation to indirect sourcing. You will work closely with a variety of departments in identifying supply chain improvement opportunities and lead the supplier collaboration effort with internal stakeholders to enhance the supplier relationship to meet and exceed service level agreement deliverables. You will be responsible for managing Indirect Supplier Quality Management and indirect spending and suppliers.

To succeed in this role, you must:
Understand indirect procurement of services
Possess strong negotiation skills
Thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic work environment
Have exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Prior experience in a similar role with 3-5 years of experience is required. A degree in Supply Chain or Business Management is preferred.

The starting salary for this position is $68,000 - $80,000/year depending on experience.
