Position Summary
Be a Team Member that collaborates with associates to fulfill sales and service requests, educating others on tools, tasks and resources. Mentor new technicians, communicate effectively, and develop interpersonal skills to provide safe and efficient customer service.

Be a Team Member – collaborate with team members, mentor new technicians, and maintain customer service standards.
Be an Expert – demonstrate knowledge of safety protocols, tire and battery industry guidelines, service standards, equipment operations, and point‑of‑sale systems.
Be a Techie – leverage digital tools to plan and drive sales, improve service experience, and engage associates using handheld technology.
Be an Owner – communicate equipment needs, track and monitor returns, operate cash registers, and maintain accurate inventory and safety compliance.
Be a Talent Ambassador – advocate the brand, model high‑quality service, influence others, and support a respectful, team‑oriented culture.
Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity, implementing related action plans and the Open Door Policy.
Complete work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources to collaborate with managers, coworkers, and customers.
Respect the Individual – embrace differences, create a culture of belonging, and help associates thrive.

Minimum Qualifications
Valid state‑issued driver’s license.
18 years of age or older.
Preferred Qualifications Auto service industry, Retail Experience.
